We use US Postal and UPS for domestic and DHL for international orders. International shipments may have customs, duties or taxes added, to your order. The recipient of the package is responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs or Postal Authorities, to know what these fees may be. Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier to our customers. Depending on the location of the particular supplier, the shipment may take longer than usual. In the event the cart cannot compute the shipping cost, you will be notified what the shipping options and pricing will be. If your order requires multiple boxes, we will charge the actual shipping cost. You will be contacted first.

Domestic Return Policy

You may return most new items – in their original condition – within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, for example, if you received an incorrect item). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  If you need to return an item, please email support@atomicsunsets.com with your order number and name. I will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
